Bahamas extended the Category-1 list of CRS Reportable Jurisdictions from 50 to 63

The Government of The Bahamas released and updated list of CRS - Reportable Jurisdictions for the information exchange related to the 2019 reporting year.

The #CRS List newly includes Austria, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Gibraltar, Israel, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Russia and Switzerland.

Please consider, that Bulgaria is removed from the Category 1 List

Opening of the Reporting Portal

The Automatic Exchange of Information reporting portal (“AEoI Portal”) for the FATCA and CRS-#AEoI registration and submission is available from

  • Monday 7 August 2020 at 9 am EDT until 30 September 2020 at 5 pm EDT.
